What The Congruency Project Can Do For You

We will work collaboratively with the administration to implement The Congruency Project as fit and as needed.  The exercises within the Curriculum are adaptable for any grade level.  We will also provide workshops for the faculty, for children in the classroom setting, or as part of an assembly with a larger group.  

The Congruency Project works with athletic teams of all ages to incorporate Congruency as part of leaning to play "in the zone".  When a team is working together and playing congruently, they are more likely to play with intent, work together as a unit more effectively, play with heart, and play harmoniously.

The Congruency Project works with the "Rise and Reach" Program, formerly known as the "Boys and Girls Club" and continues to work with other groups, such as, boy and girl scout troops providing interactive fun and creative workshops for children of all ages.
